Max & Isabel’s real mother from their home planet, Antar. We never know her name or see her true appearance. We know practically nothing about her.

In the episode ‘Destiny’ Max, Michael, Isabel, Tess, & Liz hear a message from her that was stored in the orbs.

She says she loves them very much and can't wait to hold them again, so she seems like she was a good mother.

We have no way of knowing when the message in the orb was recorded. Perhaps it was put in before the ship left Antar, so it is hard to say if she is still alive. But obviously she expected to live long enough to see her childrens' return.
