Nancy Parker is married to Jeff Parker and has one daughter, Liz.
It is never mentioned if Nancy has a job or where it is. Possibly she works at the Crashdown Cafe, although she is never seen working there on the show. Perhaps she does the bookwork and doesn't work with customers, or perhaps she is a stay-at-home mom.
We don't really see her and husband Jeff together in the series that much, but it is assumed they are happy.
Nancy and her daughter, Liz, seem to have a strained relationship, but it is never mentioned why. Perhaps Liz is just growing up too fast for her, and Nancy is trying to hold on to her child.

Jeff is the son of Claudia Parker but his father is never named. It is generally believed that was an only child. His grandfather, Pete Parker owned Parker's Bar in Roswell and changed the name to the Crashdown Cafe after the '47 crash to take advantage of potential tourist activity.
Jeff is married to Nancy, and has one child, Liz. Jeff and Liz work in the Crashdown, and perhaps Nancy does too, but it is never really made clear.
Jeff is a fairly savvy business man, taking advantage of the local legends to fuel interest in his cafe, he has based his entire business on an alien theme.
He is an involved and loving father and a good son and husband. We don't really see him and wife Nancy together in the series that much, but it is assumed they are happy.
He enjoys spending time with Liz, who seems to be more of a daddy's girl, and they have gone on the father's camping weekend before.
